When retreading, we start by sorting out used tyres according to certain criteria. Our specialists decide which ones are meant for retreading and which are for recycling.
In the recycling process, the tyres are shredded within our factory and separated into rubber granules and metal. These are used to make rubber pavements or are sold to other manufacturers that require such materials.
While retreading, all the rubber dust is collected and used for other rubber products. We also sell tyres to cement manufacturers that use them to recover their energy through a combustion process.
Our main objective is to acquire a pyrolysis system and break the used tyres down into steel, carbon black powder and fuel oil.
